Return and Refund Policy

Good news: If you wish to return items for whatever reason, we accept returns and exchanges for items returned in unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered condition within 30 days from delivery. You can start your return here.  

Items sent back for a return can be refunded via store credit or original payment method. Sale items are only eligible for store credit. 

 

Returns
We accept returns on all items. Returns are free with re:do protection. If you do not purchase re:do protection, you can still return items from your order but you will be responsible for the return shipping. 

 

Exchanges
We accept exchanges on all items. Exchanges are free with re:do protection. If you do not purchase re:do protection, you can still exchange any items from your order but you will be responsible for the return shipping. Exchanges reship to you free of charge!

 

The following is a list of FINAL SALE items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits
  • Freshies
  • Custom orders
  • Gift cards

 

Order Modifications

  • Orders cannot be changed or modified after being placed
  • Discount codes will not be added to orders after they’re placed
  • Order cancelations are not permitted due to our fast processing times
  • Address changes cannot be made after the order is placed
  • In the even order cancelations are permitted, there is a 15% restocking fee
  • Orders will be shipped as ordered unless confirmation is received in writing 

 

Defective and Damaged Items

  • If you have received a damaged item, please contact us right away.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced when available or refunded via store credit. 
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing issues.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

 

Returns Process

  • Start your return process here.
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box, or poly mailer, for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, the return will be declined.
  • Please allow up to five business days for returns to be processed.
  • Items returned that are NOT included in the RA will not be accepted.
  • Items received back in any condition that is not resealable will be rejected.
  • Rejected return will be held for 90 days and will incure a $15 reshipment fee. Rejected returns will only be shipped back to the customer after the $15 fee is paid. If the fee is unpaid after 90 days, the items will be donated to Austin Pets Alive Thrift store to benefit animals in need.

Returns sent back outside our returns portal or without our authorized return shipping labels will not be accepted.
