Return Policy

Good news: If you wish to return items for whatever reason, we do accept returns with 7 days of delivery! All returned items must be received in the same new, unwashed and unworn, condition with original tags and packaging.

  • Pet items
  • Jewelry
  • Freshies
  • Sale items
  • Pre-orders
  • Custom orders

Return shipping will be paid for by customer but we can provide a pre-paid shipping label for $7. Store credit for the return will be processed upon arrival back at our warehouse minus the original shipping charge.

All products are carefully inspected to ensure superb quality before they ship. If items would somehow become damaged in the shipping process, please contact shipping carrier. 

Orders will not be refunded or canceled if discount codes are not used at time of checkout. Be sure to add them before you place the order. 

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason after it being placed, there will be a 15% restocking fee back to original payment or we can issue store credit for the full amount.
