Return Policy

Good news: If you wish to return items for whatever reason, we do accept returns or exchanges when returned back in unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered condition within 30 days from the date of order. You can start your return here.
Items sent back for a return can be refunded via store credit or original payment method. Orders refunded to original payment method will have a $5 handling charge deducted from the refund. We also accept exchanges. Sale items are only eligible for an exchange or refund via store credit.
EXTENDED RETURN POLICY: All orders placed between Nov 1 and Dec 31 are eligible for return or exchange until Jan 31 of the following year.
The following is a list of FINAL SALE items that cannot:
- Hats
- Hair accessories
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Freshies
- Custom orders
- Gift cards
- Any other non-clothing or shoe items
Order Modifications
- Orders cannot be changed or modified
- Discounts codes will not be added to orders after they’re placed
- Order cancelations are not permitted due to our fast processing times
- Address changes cannot be made after the order is placed
Defective and Damaged Items
- If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at help@wildjunkie.com or 830.330.0413.
- We are not responsible for damage of items caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
Returns Process
- Start your return process here.
- Shoe boxes must be encased in another box, or poly mailer, for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, the return will be declined.
- Please allow up to ten business days for returns to be processed.
- Items returned that are NOT included in the RA will not be accepted.
- Rejected return items will be the responsibility of customer and will not be shipped back to you on our behalf.
- If you are returning an item that qualified you for a free gift, the gift needs to be returned as well or it will deducted from your return value
