We are happy to offer worldwide shipping and FREE standard shipping within the USA on orders over $75.

PROCESSING TIMES: Orders ship within 24 business hours; cutoff time is 5PM CST. Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. 

At the time we encourage all customers to avoid USPS shipping services due to nationwide delays and lost package issues. If you choose FREE shipping, there is a chance your order will ship with USPS. We strongly suggest upgrading to UPS shipping for timely delivery. We pride ourselves on providing a smooth shopping experience for our customers and trust UPS to fulfill your shipping needs better. 

Shipping Speeds

We offer a variety of shipping services and speeds at checkout, rates vary accordingly. Purchasing additional shipping coverage does not expedite our processing time. If you would like your order expedited please purchase USPS Priority Express or UPS Next Day Air or faster and contact us immediately; we will do our best to get it out faster. 

 

Returned Packages

All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout and will not be able to be changed after order is placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Packages returned can be reshipped at the expense or purchaser.  Any packages returned to the Wild Junkie warehouse, for any reason, will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, orders will be donated to our Austin Pets Alive Thrift Stores where all proceeds are kept to care for animals at the shelter. If you’d like the order reshipped it is your responsibility to reach out to us and request a reshipment invoice. You will be responsible for incurred shipping fees to have your order reshipped. 

 

USPS Service Guarantees

We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or your local USPS office. 

 

UPS Service Guarantees

The UPS® Service Guarantee is currently active for the below domestic services but otherwise remains suspended: 

  • UPS Next Day Air®
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®
  • UPS Next Day Air® Early

Service guarantees are subject to change at anytime. For further details, see the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions. Wild Junkie is not responsible for any UPS guarantees. 

 

Shipping Insurance 

Wild Junkie offers shipping protection with all orders made online. Shipping insurance is automatically added to all orders. If you remove this product line from your cart, your order is not eligable for shipping protection. Shipping Insurance claims can be made by emailing help@wildjunkie.com. Claims available include:

  • Damaged Products
  • Missing shipments within the courier services 
  • Stolen packages

In order to make a claim, photos of damaged items AND packaging must be provided, Insurance claims will be made right in form of store credit or replacement; no refunds to original payment methods will be made. Wild Junkie holds the right to revoke any insurance claims.
